Following the 1 hour class, those who want additional physical challenge are invited to stay until noon to participate in both floor exercise and use of therapy balls! 😀 This extra ½ hour is no additional charge. Just a bonus for those who are interested. Be ready to move at your own level of ability. Wear clothes you can comfortably move in and if staying for the bonus time: bring a towel or yoga mat for floor work and a therapy ball. If you need help in finding or acquiring these items just talk to Karen.

Classes focus on stretching and gentle exercise to improve range of motion, strength, flexibility and improve balance. Our class is designed to sooth the body, mind and soul. Movement is done to music and scripture readings while enjoying Christian fellowship and having lots of fun together!! Each session includes both a time for guided imagery and breathing prayers.

Classes meet in room 11. If desired participants do have the option of signing on through the web using Google Meet. The link can be found on the calendar on this website or by asking Karen. 734-765-2356. Call her with any questions about the class. Can’t wait to get moving together through the spirit of God!
